Liingo has the higher published child limits: 13 lb more in weight and 3 in more in height. PIPA Urbn is 2 lb lighter under the manufacturers' stated exclusions and 2.7 in shorter in the published front-to-back dimension. Liingo is 0.6 in narrower. None of those measurements promises installed fit, but each identifies what to verify in person.

Liingo's 9 lb figure is heavier, but its 35 lb and 32 in limits may keep some children within the labelled range longer than PIPA Urbn's 22 lb and 29 in limits. Growth is individual, and a child must stop using either seat when any stated limit or fit rule is reached.

Do not translate the higher Liingo limits into a promise about months of use. Torso length, head clearance rules, and individual growth all affect outgrowing. Likewise, a lighter empty carrier does not describe the full carrying load once a child is buckled in. Decide whether the repeated burden is carrying mass or an earlier transition to the next rear-facing seat.

A no-base carrier is likely to be installed by more than one person.
