Both carriers cover the same core job: Ergobaby lists each for 7–45 lb (3.2–20.4 kg) and four carry positions. The clearest Deluxe upgrades are four built-in storage areas plus a detachable pouch and strap markings for switching between caregivers. Choose Breeze when you want the established Omni mesh setup and do not need those extras. Choose Deluxe Mesh when on-carrier organization or repeatable shared adjustments will remove friction from daily use.
That is a convenience decision, not proof that one carrier will feel better on every body. Fit still depends on the wearer, the child and correct adjustment.

Choose Breeze when the core carrier is enough
