For the Canadian and North American models covered here, all three stroller seats start at 6 months. Newborn use requires a compatible infant car seat and adapter. The next decision is therefore not a vague premium-versus-value tier: it is which folded shape, carry method and seat environment removes the most friction from the route you repeat.

Canada note: do not mix the two Orfeo regional specifications
CYBEX's North American Orfeo page lists the seat unit from 6 months to approximately 4 years, with newborn use through a compatible infant car seat. It gives a 13.9 lb weight and 6.1 x 20.5 x 20.7 in fold. Those are the specifications used for this Canada-facing guide.
A separate ROW Orfeo (2025) page lists an ergonomic lie-flat stroller seat from birth and different metric folded dimensions. That regional page does not establish the configuration of a Canadian unit. Confirm the product code and manual supplied with any Orfeo before using the seat for a child under 6 months; do not transfer the ROW from-birth statement to a North American stroller.
Coya: narrower in use, with a removable ventilated seat treatment
Coya is 17.3 in wide when open, compared with 20.5 in for the North American Orfeo and current Canadian Libelle. That makes Coya the clearest candidate when elevator doors, shop aisles or restaurant turns are the constraint. At 14.6 lb, however, it is the heaviest of the three by 0.7 to 0.9 lb.
The Coya seat combines an ergonomic near-flat recline, adjustable leg rest and one-pull harness. Its removable padded comfort inlay exposes a breathable mesh backrest, and its three-section UPF 50+ canopy has a mesh window. Those details matter for warm-weather city use, but the seat still starts at 6 months in Canada.
Orfeo: a carry-strap middle route with more included travel pieces
Orfeo weighs 13.9 lb and uses a one-hand fold with an integrated carry strap. Its 6.1 in folded depth is slim, but its other folded dimensions are 20.5 and 20.7 in, so it is not the smallest package in every direction. The box contents on the North American page include a rain cover and car-seat adapters, which can reduce the number of separate travel purchases.
The seat has a one-pull harness, ergonomic near-flat recline, integrated adjustable leg rest and XL UPF 50+ canopy. Like Coya and Libelle, it uses front-wheel suspension and an 11 lb basket. Orfeo is therefore not the basket or suspension winner; its practical distinction is the combination of carry strap, fold shape and included rain cover.
Libelle: the smallest fold, with fewer pieces attached to the stroller
Libelle weighs 13.7 lb and folds to 12.6 x 7.8 x 18.9 in, the smallest rectangular envelope among the three published folds. This is useful for small trunks, luggage racks and home storage. It has no integrated carry strap listed in the box, so test how you will hold the folded frame while also managing a child and bag.
Libelle still includes an adjustable near-flat recline, leg rest, one-pull harness, XL UPF 50+ canopy, front-wheel suspension and 11 lb basket. Car-seat adapters are included; the bumper bar and rain cover are separate accessories. Its smaller fold does not mean a smaller packing system when an infant car seat, rain cover and travel bag are added.

- Frequent shoulder carry: compare the padded Coya strap with the Orfeo strap while holding your usual bag; Libelle has the lowest weight but no integrated strap listed.

Airline check: a carry-on label is not a boarding promise
CYBEX describes these strollers as carry-on compatible, and the Libelle Canada page states that allowances vary and can change. Check the airline's current maximum dimensions for the fare and aircraft, measure the stroller inside its travel bag, and plan for gate checking if cabin storage is unavailable.
Pre-purchase test: bring the constraints with you
- Measure the narrowest doorway, trunk opening and storage shelf, then compare all three folded dimensions rather than one number. Include wheels, handles and the travel bag in the packed measurement.
- Load an 11 lb basket with the bag you actually use and check access with the seat reclined.
- Recline and raise the leg rest, then check canopy coverage in the child's likely seat position.
