How do I make sure my baby’s head is supported with the Omni Deluxe baby carrier?
Keep the upper edge of the carrier at baby’s mid-ear level until strong, consistent head and neck control develops. For a newborn up to 6 weeks old who meets the minimum fit requirements, fold the head support inward and secure its tabs to the lower buttons. Once baby can turn their head and hold it briefly, usually around 7 weeks, fold the support outward and secure it to the lower buttons. For an older baby, the support can be buttoned up when extra support is needed. In outward-facing mode, fold it down outside, use the lower buttons, and keep baby’s chin above the panel. Read the original manual for every adjustment.
How many ways can I carry my baby in the Omni Deluxe baby carrier?
There are four positions. Front inward-facing: 7–45 lb (3.2–20.4 kg), with a minimum height of 20 in (50.8 cm). Front outward-facing: 14–30 lb (6.4–13.6 kg), taller than 25 in (63.5 cm), with strong head and neck control and the chin above the panel; the age guide is around 5–6 months. Hip and back carry: 17.2–45 lb (7.8–20.4 kg), once baby can sit upright unassisted, usually around 6 months. Development and fit—not age alone—determine readiness. Read the original manual before trying a new position.
Care & Use
Fasten all buckles; a pillowcase is recommended for washing. Machine wash cold at 30°C with mild detergent free of bleach, perfumes, dyes, chlorine and optical brighteners. Air dry.
Outward-facing carry requires strong head and neck control, the correct height and weight, and a chin that clears the panel. Hip and back carry require unassisted sitting. Read the original manual before each new carry mode.
