Frequently Asked Questions
Does the drip tray contain UV-C LEDs?
No. Wabi's current drip-tray guidance states that the tray contains no lights. UV-C LEDs are positioned at the top and in the lower portion of the unit; holes in the tray allow that light to pass through.
Do I still need to wash feeding items?
Yes. Wash and thoroughly rinse them first, then shake off excess water. UV-C sanitizing cannot be relied on to remove milk, food, oils or other visible residue.
Are the shelves adjustable?
Yes. Wabi confirms that shelves can be moved or removed to accommodate different-sized items. Leave space for UV-C exposure and airflow, and do not stack items.
How does the 30-minute AUTO cycle work?
Wabi's current 360 guidance describes 20 minutes of drying, five minutes of UV-C and five minutes of cooling. Longer AUTO cycles add drying time; a larger or wetter load may require a longer setting.
What does smart storage do?
The 360 manual describes optional one-minute UV or drying cycles at three-hour intervals, for three cycles after each opening. It is not a promise of continuously sterile contents and does not replace normal cleaning.
Can I sanitize any toy, electronic device or pump part?
Only use items whose own manufacturers approve the required UV-C exposure and drying heat. No universal compatibility with every material, bottle brand or pump component is claimed.
Is this a medical sterilizer or a replacement for normal cleaning?
Do not treat it as a replacement for standard cleaning or infection-control practices. Follow the owner's manual, keep children away and never tamper with the door safety mechanism.
Can I use the Original-model replacement bulb in the 360?
No. The 360 uses integrated UV-C LEDs and does not use the Original/Platinum model's replaceable lamp tubes.
Care & Use
Power off and unplug before maintenance. Wipe the reflective interior, shelving and drip tray with a microfiber cloth and warm distilled water, avoiding detergents and abrasives. Keep tray perforations clear and clean the rear filter according to the manual, reinstalling it dry. Do not immerse the appliance. Keep at least five inches behind the unit for airflow and observe all UV-C safety precautions.
