Does this bundle include two seats?

No. It includes one Switchback Seat Luxe, the &Roll frame and leather grips. To use it as a double stroller, add a second seat and the Second Seat Adapter Kit.

What do I need for a newborn?

Use the appropriate infant insert, Veer Bassinet or compatible infant car seat with the required adapters, sold separately. Follow the instructions for the exact infant setup; reclining the seat alone does not replace the required newborn accessories.

Can the seat face me?

Yes. The Switchback Seat can face towards you or forwards on the &Roll frame.

What are the limits in double mode?

The rear/upper Switchback Seat is limited to 50 lb and the front/lower seat to 40 lb. Follow the Second Seat Adapter Kit instructions, including its separate basket and pocket limits.

Does it fold with the seat attached?

Yes, with one Switchback Seat attached or with no seat. Engage the brake, position the seat and calf support as the manual directs, extend the handle fully and operate the fold levers. Keep children clear of the folding mechanism.

Can the seat padding go in the washing machine?

Yes. Remove the soft seat pad and use a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Dry flat away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.

Can it become a jogging stroller or bicycle seat?

The Switchback Seat can move to other compatible Switchback system components, which are sold separately. The &Roll frame included here is a walking stroller, not a jogging frame.

Are the cooler, bassinet or car seats in the photos included?

Second seat, Second Seat Adapter Kit, bassinet, infant car seat, car seat adapters, infant insert, ride-along board, cup holders and snack tray are sold separately. Optional configurations and accessories are shown for illustration.

Care & Use

Seat padding: Remove the soft seat pad for a gentle machine wash in cold water with mild detergent. Dry flat away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.

Frame, seat shell and wheels: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For a full rinse, remove accessories and wheels and use a regular hose. Air dry completely before reassembly; never use abrasives or a power washer.

Basket: Wipe clean or hose rinse. The basket can also be removed for hand washing in cold water with mild detergent, then dried flat away from direct sunlight.

Maintenance: Rinse salt water off promptly with fresh water, brush away sand and check hardware, brake, wheels, locks and harnesses regularly. Follow the separate instructions for each optional configuration.
