When can my child use the built-in seats?

From 6 months, once your child can sit unaided. Each rider must stay within 55 lb (25 kg) and 45 in (114 cm), and use the complete 3-point harness.

Can I use it with a newborn?

Use a compatible infant car seat with the correct Veer car seat adapter, both sold separately. Check the exact car seat model against the adapter compatibility list. A newborn must not ride in the standard wagon seat.

How does Cruiser City differ from All-Terrain Cruiser?

Cruiser City positions its swivel wheels furthest from the handle for a familiar stroller push on smooth paths. All-Terrain Cruiser uses the original steering arrangement and is designed for pushing, pulling or walking alongside on varied terrain. Both can be pulled with the handle lowered.

Does the 250 lb limit apply when carrying children?

No. The 250 lb limit is for cargo or pets only, without children. Passenger use is limited to 4 seats at 55 lb per child. With optional Beach Wheels, the total limit is 110 lb.

How small does it fold?

The body folds to 37 × 24 × 14 in. Removing the wheels reduces folded height to 9 in. Check the dimensions against your vehicle or storage space.

Can I hose it clean?

Yes. Remove accessories and wheels, rinse with a regular hose and allow everything to air dry completely. Never use a power washer. The soft sidewalls and harness straps have separate hand-washing instructions.

Is a canopy included?

No. Choose a size-matched retractable canopy separately. Canopies and other optional accessories may appear in lifestyle photos.

Care & Use

Frame, seats and wheels: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. For an all-over rinse, remove accessories and wheels first and allow all parts to air dry before reassembly. Do not use abrasives or a power washer.

Fabric sidewalls and harness straps: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Dry flat away from direct sunlight. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.

After sand or salt water: Rinse salt water off promptly with fresh water. Brush sand away gently, then work moving parts until they move freely. Check wheels, brake, locks and harnesses before use.

Before each ride: Keep all riders seated and secured. Engage the brake for loading and unloading, and check the wheel fenders and locking devices. The wagon is not for running or skating.

What is the difference between stroller types?

  • Full-size strollers are comfortable for everyday use and often take a bassinet or car seat.
  • Travel systems come with an infant car seat that clicks onto the stroller.
  • Compact and travel strollers fold small and are light to carry.
  • Jogging strollers have larger wheels and suspension for running and rough paths.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most Canadian orders then arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator. Pre-order and backorder items ship once they arrive, and we email you an estimated date.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible regular-size orders of $100 or more (before taxes) to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.

  • Not included: oversized items, furniture and express shipping.
