Frequently Asked Questions
Is this jacket designed for warm-weather hiking?
Yes. Its lightweight, breathable construction, moisture management and sun-ready coverage are designed for active use in warm conditions.
What sun protection does it provide?
The fabric provides UPF 40+ coverage. Sun-protective clothing should still be paired with other appropriate sun-safety measures.
Can it be packed into a backpack?
Yes. The jacket stows into its left hand pocket, making it easier to carry when the weather changes.
Will the pockets secure small essentials?
Yes. It has a secure-zip chest pocket and secure-zip hand pockets for small items used on the trail or during everyday outings.
How should I check the fit before ordering?
Compare the body measurements in the size chart with your current measurements. The chart describes the wearer, not the garment; the stated fit and your planned layers affect how the item feels.
What care instructions should I follow?
Follow the care label supplied with this item. Washing and drying methods depend on the fabric, finish and any insulation, so check that label before cleaning.
