Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a separate laptop compartment?
Yes. A dedicated padded compartment protects a laptop. The sleeve measures 13.75 × 11.25 inches.
Can I secure items outside the pack?
Yes. The external bungee-compression system and side bungee cords provide additional carrying and compression options.
Is the waist belt removable?
Yes. The waist belt can be removed.
How can I check whether it suits my daily load?
Compare the stated dimensions and capacity with the items you carry most often. Device and bottle fit depends on their physical dimensions, including any case or sleeve.
What care instructions should I follow?
Follow the care label supplied with this item. Washing and drying methods depend on the fabric, finish and any insulation, so check that label before cleaning.

Do you offer price matching?
Yes. If a qualifying online retailer or a local competitor sells the same item for less within 14 days of it being available to you, we'll match the price.
