Frequently Asked Questions

Is it cabin approved?

Yes! Nia is the first IATA cabin compliant stroller in both pod and seat mode. It will comfortably and safely fit into an overhead locker, however, please check with your airline before boarding. Depending on space in the cabin, the crew may ask for it to be placed in the hold – that’s why we recommend using the stroller bag and folding before you board. If they do request for it to be put in the hold, simply ask for it to be returned at the plane door as you land to avoid queues at the luggage belt.

Is Nia suitable for newborns?

Yes. Nia is suitable from birth to 22kg (approx. 4 years) and can be used for newborns when the stroller seat is used in the lie-flat position. Alternatively, the Nia carrycot is also suitable from birth to approximately 6 months old.

Can I fold Nia with the pod attached?

Yes, Nia can be folded when the carrycot is attached to the chassis to save you even more space at home and on the move.

Does Nia take a car seat?

Yes, Nia can be transformed into a complete newborn travel system using a compatible baby car seat. Alternatively, Nia can also be used with car seats from other brands using the universal car seat adaptors.

Whether you’re hopping on a plane, navigating busy city streets and public transport, or strolling through your everyday, it’s the compact stroller and travel system to get you there. Thanks to its lightweight compact design, Nia can be carried up apartment block stairs and stored away easily when space is limited.

How secure is Nia’s fold?

Nia features an innovative two-step fold system, combining a button and lever to keep the pod securely open during everyday use. When unfolding Nia, apply pressure on the top of both ends until it clicks, ensuring your pod is secure and perfectly prepared for ultimate comfort on every adventure.

Important Notes

• Stop use if baby can push up or roll over, even if the stated age or weight limit has not been reached. The Nia chassis is not included with the pod.
