Use a gentle wool cycle and low spin where permitted by the label, turning the garment inside out. For hand washing, use lukewarm water; do not wring. Gently press out excess water with a towel and reshape while damp. Lay flat on a towel to dry. Do not place on a radiator or tumble dry.

In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most Canadian orders then arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator. Pre-order and backorder items ship once they arrive, and we email you an estimated date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible regular-size orders of $100 or more (before taxes) to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.
