Can I turn the bottle into a storage container?
Yes. Replace the feeding head with a Hegen PCTO™ Breast Milk Storage Lid and its seal. Storage lids, pump modules and adapters are sold separately unless specifically listed below.
Does the bottle accept other brands of nipples?
No. Use Hegen teats with Hegen feeding bottles. Choose the flow for your baby rather than assuming that every teat suits every age.
How do I fit the feeding head correctly?
Align the teat’s air vent with the Hegen logo on the collar, pull the teat through until snug and press around its underside to check it is secure. Fit the transparent cover, press the feeding head onto the bottle and turn clockwise to tighten.
Care & Use
Take every component apart and wash with bottle detergent immediately after use, then rinse thoroughly. Use only the top rack of a dishwasher and avoid high-heat settings. Gently clean the teat opening and anti-colic air vent with your fingers in warm water; do not insert a brush into the vent or turn the teat inside out. Inspect before each use; replace teats every 3 months and collars, lids, covers and containers every 6 months, or sooner if damaged. Do not heat milk in a microwave. Follow the supplied instructions for first-use and routine sterilisation.

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most Canadian orders then arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator. Pre-order and backorder items ship once they arrive, and we email you an estimated date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible regular-size orders of $100 or more (before taxes) to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.
- Not included: oversized items, furniture and express shipping.
- Orders to New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut pay regular shipping rates.

What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are new, unused and in the original box with all packaging.
- Final sale: sale items, furniture, car seats, strollers, electronics, mattresses, pillows, swimwear, bedding, diapers, food, toys and plush.
- Not returnable: feeding products, breast pumps, bath and diapering accessories, lotions, potty seats, wipes and undergarments.
