Is a container included?
No. This is one replacement storage lid and its seal.
How do I make an airtight seal?
Seat the removable seal correctly, with the Hegen logo facing outwards, before pressing the lid onto a compatible container and tightening it.
Care & Use
Remove the seal and clean all parts separately with bottle detergent, rinse well and dry. Top-rack dishwasher cleaning is supported; avoid high-heat settings and abrasive cleaners. Inspect before use and replace damaged components.

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most Canadian orders then arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator. Pre-order and backorder items ship once they arrive, and we email you an estimated date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible regular-size orders of $100 or more (before taxes) to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.
- Not included: oversized items, furniture and express shipping.
- Orders to New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut pay regular shipping rates.

What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are new, unused and in the original box with all packaging.

- Not returnable: feeding products, breast pumps, bath and diapering accessories, lotions, potty seats, wipes and undergarments.
