Forward-facing harness use requires at least 2 years of age, 30–65 lb and 35–49 in. Booster use requires at least 5 years of age, 40–120 lb and 44–57 in. All additional fit conditions in the manual must also be met.
The base supports a one-time installation for rear-facing and forward-facing harness modes. Recheck the installation method and child-weight limits before switching. The Canadian manual limits lower-anchor installation to children weighing no more than 30 lb in either harness mode; use the permitted vehicle-belt installation above that limit.
