Which stroller is it for?
This cot is for compatible Priam 5 and e-Priam 5 configurations. Use the adapters specified in the user guide and do not assume compatibility with earlier generations.
Is it certified for sleeping?
No. CYBEX carry cots are not certified for sleeping. If your baby falls asleep, move them onto their back on a firm, approved sleep surface as soon as possible.
Can I take the folded cot on a plane?
Its compact folded form is designed for carry-on convenience. Airline dimensions and acceptance vary, so check before departure.
When should I stop using the cot?
Follow the 20 lb limit and stop when your child can sit unaided, roll over or push up on hands and knees, whichever comes first.
Care & Use
Wash fabrics separately on a gentle warm cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Follow the care label and user guide for removal and reassembly.

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most Canadian orders then arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator. Pre-order and backorder items ship once they arrive, and we email you an estimated date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible regular-size orders of $100 or more (before taxes) to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.
- Not included: oversized items, furniture and express shipping.
- Orders to New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut pay regular shipping rates.

What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are new, unused and in the original box with all packaging.
- Final sale: sale items, furniture, car seats, strollers, electronics, mattresses, pillows, swimwear, bedding, diapers, food, toys and plush.
- Not returnable: feeding products, breast pumps, bath and diapering accessories, lotions, potty seats, wipes and undergarments.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Store purchases go back to the same store.
