Can I use this bundle from birth?
Yes. Use the included Fold Lux Carry Cot for newborn strolling within its age, weight and developmental limits. The stroller seat is for children at least 6 months old; its near-flat recline does not make it a newborn seat.
Is the carry cot included?
Yes. This bundle includes one Mios 5 stroller and one Fold Lux Carry Cot. Choose the stroller frame/seat combination and cot colour independently using the product options.
Can the carry cot be used for sleeping?
No. CYBEX states that its carry cots are not certified for sleeping. If your baby falls asleep in the cot, move them onto their back on a firm, approved sleep surface as soon as possible.
Does the carry cot fold on the Mios frame?
Yes. The cot can fold to half its size while attached. It can also be removed and folded for storage. Remove your child before folding and follow the user guide for the correct sequence.
Can I take the folded cot as cabin luggage?
Check the folded dimensions against your airline's limits before travelling. Acceptance depends on the airline and aircraft. Compact folding is a storage feature and does not make the cot an approved aircraft child restraint or sleep product.
Can I add an infant car seat?
Yes. The stroller includes car seat adapters for compatible CYBEX infant car seats, which are sold separately. For another brand, confirm the exact car seat model and adapter compatibility before purchase.
Which colours can I choose?
The stroller options are Matte Black with Coconut Brown, Cozy Beige or Sepia Black Lux Seat, or Rose Gold with Sepia Black Lux Seat. Choose a Coconut Brown, Cozy Beige or Sepia Black carry cot separately. The basket coordinates with the stroller seat.
Care & Important Notes
- Wash fabrics separately using a gentle warm-water wash. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Follow each item's care label and user guide.
- Follow the carry cot's developmental limits as well as its age and weight limits. Use only the supplied cushion and approved compatible components as instructed in the user guide.
- Keep your child out of the stroller and cot while folding or unfolding. Confirm that attachments are securely locked before each use.
