Warranty & Important Notes

Clek offers a 1-year standard warranty to the original consumer purchaser from an authorized Clek retailer. A Limited Lifetime Warranty (valid until the product expiration date) is available for booster seats purchased on or after January 1, 2024 and manufactured on or after January 1, 2023, provided the product is fully registered online within 3 months of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and valid only in Canada and the USA. An original receipt is required. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, improper storage, modifications, or products from unauthorized retailers. Olli conforms to all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and is certified for use in motor vehicles. Booster seat laws may vary by province; please check your local regulations.
