Are the sun canopy wires and clamps included?
No. The wires and clamps are sold separately or can be reused from another Bugaboo Fox 5 sun canopy you already own. The canopy fabric alone is what ships with this product.
Will this canopy fit other Bugaboo stroller models?
No. This sun canopy is designed exclusively for the Bugaboo Fox 5. It is not compatible with the Fox 3, Dragonfly, Donkey, or any other Bugaboo model.
Warranty
Backed by a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty from Bugaboo. The warranty applies in the region where the product was purchased (USA and Canada). All warranty claims require proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers are not covered. Bugaboo strollers (sold separately) may qualify for an extended warranty when registered on Bugaboo.com within 3 months of purchase; check Bugaboo.com for current warranty details on accessories.

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most Canadian orders then arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator. Pre-order and backorder items ship once they arrive, and we email you an estimated date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible regular-size orders of $100 or more (before taxes) to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.
- Not included: oversized items, furniture and express shipping.
- Orders to New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut pay regular shipping rates.

What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are new, unused and in the original box with all packaging.
- Final sale: sale items, furniture, car seats, strollers, electronics, mattresses, pillows, swimwear, bedding, diapers, food, toys and plush.
- Not returnable: feeding products, breast pumps, bath and diapering accessories, lotions, potty seats, wipes and undergarments.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Store purchases go back to the same store.
