What stages does the Poplar support?
It supports rear-facing use from 2.3–18.1 kg (5–40 lb) and forward-facing use from 10–29.4 kg (22–65 lb), with a height limit of 124.5 cm (49 in) in either mode.
Can the Poplar fit three across?
Its 43.2 cm (17 in) SpaceSaver design is intended to help with three-across layouts, but Britax does not guarantee three-across fit in every vehicle.
When is the ReboundReduce stability bar used?
Attach the stability bar when the seat is installed rear-facing; it is designed to help minimize movement in the event of a crash.
How does ClickTight installation work?
Open the ClickTight panel, thread and buckle the vehicle belt, then close the panel as directed in the Canadian user guide.
How long should my child remain in a harness?
Britax strongly recommends keeping children secured with a harness until they exceed the stated weight or height limit.
Care & Use
The SafeWash fabrics have no added FR chemicals and are safe to machine wash and dry. The two removable cup holders are dishwasher-safe. Follow the Canadian user guide for complete component-specific cleaning instructions.

Our stores carry a wide range from brands such as UPPAbaby, Bugaboo, Cybex, Maxi-Cosi, Evenflo, Clek, Mima, Veer and Britax. Models on display differ by store, so please call or chat with us before your visit to check the one you want to see.
Do you offer car seat installation checks?
Yes, by appointment at our Richmond and Burnaby stores, with our certified car seat technicians.
- Car seat bought from baby enRoute: installation and check-ups are free for life. Book on our Car Seat Check-up page and use code CARSEATSAFETY at checkout.
- Car seat bought elsewhere: the check-up is $50.
How do I choose the right car seat?
It depends on your child's age, weight and height, and on your vehicle. Infant seats fit newborns and click into many strollers, convertible seats grow with your child from rear- to forward-facing, and booster seats are for older children. Check the limits in each product description, or visit a store and our staff will help you choose.
Will this car seat fit my car?
Fit depends on your vehicle's seats and how the car seat is installed. Check the car seat maker's vehicle fit information and your vehicle manual. If you bought your car seat from us, our technicians in Richmond and Burnaby can help you install it and check the fit, free, by appointment (book a check-up).
Do you offer price matching?
Yes. If a qualifying online retailer or a local competitor sells the same item for less within 14 days of it being available to you, we'll match the price.

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most Canadian orders then arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator. Pre-order and backorder items ship once they arrive, and we email you an estimated date.
