Does ClickTight apply in both modes?
Britax specifies ClickTight installation for harness mode. Booster mode uses the vehicle seat belt as directed in the user guide.
How long should my child stay in the harness?
Britax strongly recommends keeping children secured with a harness until they exceed the stated harness weight or height limit.
How should the cover be cleaned?

Do you offer car seat installation checks?
Yes, by appointment at our Richmond and Burnaby stores, with our certified car seat technicians.

- Car seat bought elsewhere: the check-up is $50.
How do I choose the right car seat?
It depends on your child's age, weight and height, and on your vehicle. Infant seats fit newborns and click into many strollers, convertible seats grow with your child from rear- to forward-facing, and booster seats are for older children. Check the limits in each product description, or visit a store and our staff will help you choose.
Will this car seat fit my car?
Fit depends on your vehicle's seats and how the car seat is installed. Check the car seat maker's vehicle fit information and your vehicle manual. If you bought your car seat from us, our technicians in Richmond and Burnaby can help you install it and check the fit, free, by appointment (book a check-up).
Do you offer price matching?

How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Most Canadian orders then arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator. Pre-order and backorder items ship once they arrive, and we email you an estimated date.
