Can my baby sleep in this bouncer?
No. Use it only for awake, supervised time. If baby falls asleep, move them to a suitable firm, flat sleep surface.
When must I stop using bouncer mode?
When baby starts trying to sit up or reaches 9 kg, whichever comes first. Always use the restraint and follow the manual.
When can it become a chair?
Only once your child can walk and sit unaided. Reverse the fabric as shown in the full tutorial; stop at 13 kg or two years, whichever comes first.
Does it need batteries?
No. Baby’s natural movements rock the bouncer, and an adult can gently initiate the motion.
Can I use a Bliss seat on Balance Soft, or the reverse?
Yes. The fabric seats are interchangeable between these two models. This product includes one selected fabric seat.
How do I fold it?
With the product empty, release the positioner and fold it flat as shown in the tutorial. Read the manual before unfolding or changing a position.
Is the toy bar included?
No. Toy bars and other optional accessories are sold separately.

Materials & fabric choice
Woven Classic and Petal Quilt: 65% recycled polyester, 35% cotton. Woven Mélange / Brushed Woven: 100% recycled polyester. Jersey: 80% polyester, 16% cotton, 4% elastane. Mesh: 100% polyester. Check the care label for your selected version.
Cleaning & drying
Remove and machine wash the fabric seat separately at 40°C with mild detergent. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron; hang dry. Clean the frame as directed in the manual.
Using your product
Use on the floor with adult supervision. Fasten the restraint in bouncer mode and choose the correct recline position for your child. Only an adult should unfold or adjust the product. Do not carry baby in the bouncer. It is not intended for sleeping.
