Four carrying positions
Begin with baby facing you. Outward-facing is suitable from around five months only once baby holds their head upright unaided; the linked manual sets a maximum of 26 lb (11.8 kg) for that position. Back carrying starts at one year. Follow the instructions supplied with your carrier for all adjustments and position limits.
An adjustable fit you can share
Adjust the shoulder straps and waist belt for each wearer. Harmony fits most adults from XS to XXL, making it easier to share between caregivers.
Padded support for your back
The padded shoulder straps, waist belt and back support work together to distribute baby’s weight. Wear the belt higher for newborn carrying and adjust it as baby grows; this complete demonstration shows the back-support adjustments.
Head and neck support as baby grows
Choose from three head-support positions using the snaps. Before baby has independent head control, keep the head and neck supported and the face easy to supervise.
Two height settings and adjustable seat width

Care & Use
Materials & fabric choice
3D Mesh uses 100% polyester for the main fabric and lining. The head-support area uses soft 3D Jersey: 80% polyester, 16% cotton and 4% elastane. Shoulder and back padding contains polyester and PU foam. Woven Mélange uses 100% recycled polyester for its main fabric.
Mesh favours airflow and a lighter feel; the woven fabric has a brushed surface and light padding. Fabric certification is OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1, or bluesign Grade A, depending on the selected fabric.
Washing & drying
Machine wash separately at 40°C on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, preferably in a washing bag. Hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener; do not tumble dry or iron. Spot-clean minor marks and avoid unnecessary washing. Follow the product care label.
Using Harmony
Support baby while putting on and adjusting the carrier. Check buckles, straps and the fit before each use, keep the nose and mouth unobstructed, and use the correct head-support position. Use each carrying position only when baby meets its requirements. The demonstrations supplement the supplied manual.

BabyBjörn provides a 10-year warranty from purchase against material and manufacturing defects under normal use and care. It applies to the original purchaser or original gift recipient, is non-transferable and requires valid proof of purchase. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications and improper cleaning are excluded. BabyBjörn determines repair or replacement under its policy.
