Frequently Asked Questions
Is Free suitable for a newborn?
Yes, from 3.2 kg and 53 cm, using the newborn inward-facing setting and correct head support. Fasten the leg straps as required by the supplied manual.
Can I carry baby on my back in Free?
No. The back-support video adjusts support for the wearer; it does not demonstrate back carrying. Free is a front carrier.
When can baby face outward?
Around five months, once baby can hold their head upright unaided. Follow all fit and position limits in the manual.
How does the back support work?
It works with the waist belt and shoulder straps to distribute weight. Re-adjust it whenever a different caregiver wears the carrier.
Can I remove baby without taking off the harness?
Yes. The front opens completely. Support baby while releasing the fastenings.
