What does the electric assistance do?
Sensors in the handlebar detect pushing resistance. Smart Hill Support helps on inclines, while Uneven Surface Support adds assistance when the ground creates more resistance.
Can I push it with the power switched off?
Yes. The e-Priam can be pushed like a conventional stroller when its power button is off.
What can I control with the CYBEX app?
Connect through Bluetooth to access Rocking Mode, switch between Eco and Tour support modes, and check battery and firmware information. Eco prioritizes lower assistance for gentler journeys; Tour provides more support when needed.
How should I use Rocking Mode?
Monitor your child throughout. Lock the brake and front swivel wheels, keep the area clear, and use level, even ground. Use the lowest intensity until your child can sit upright unassisted. For Rocking Mode, CYBEX specifies maximum child weights of 28.6 lb in an infant car seat and 19.8 lb in a carry cot; all other attachment limits still apply.
How do I charge and store the battery?
Use the supplied charger and charge for 6 hours before first use. The battery can be charged on the stroller or removed for charging; never leave charging unattended. For storage longer than six months, the 2026 North American instructions specify 30–60% charge, refreshed every six months, with ideal storage at 0–20°C. Runtime varies with load, temperature, terrain and assistance level.
Can I use the stroller seat from birth?
The Lux Seat Unit is intended from 6 months. Before then, use a compatible carry cot or infant car seat within that attachment’s fit, weight and developmental limits.
Is the battery water resistant?
The battery and stroller have an IP65 rating. Do not submerge them, wash them with a hose or use a high-pressure water jet. Follow the care instructions and allow wet parts to dry before storage.
Can I choose the component colours separately?
Yes. Each component has its own colour selector, giving 48 combinations. The selected variant identifies the colours supplied.
Can the carry cot fold while attached to the stroller?
Yes. It folds to half its size while mounted on the e-Priam frame. Remove your baby before folding and follow the cot and stroller guides.
Can the carry cot be used for sleeping?
No. CYBEX states that its carry cots are not certified for sleeping. If your baby falls asleep, move them onto their back on a firm, approved sleep surface as soon as possible.
When should I stop using the carry cot?
Stop at 20 lb or when your child can sit unaided, roll over or push up on hands and knees, whichever comes first. The approximate age range is birth to 6 months; developmental limits take priority.
Can the Cloud G Pro recline while driving?
No. Extended recline is for outside the vehicle only. Return the seat to its approved locked vehicle position before every drive.
Can I install the Cloud G Pro without its base?
Yes, using the approved lap-and-shoulder vehicle belt method in the Canadian owner’s manual. Follow the car seat and vehicle instructions and complete every installation check.
Can I use rigid LATCH and the seat belt together?
No. Do not combine the rigid LATCH and vehicle seat belt installation methods. Follow the method permitted by the car seat and vehicle manuals.
Will the folded carry cot fit in an aircraft cabin?
Compare its 23.6 × 18.5 × 7.7 in folded dimensions with your airline’s requirements. Acceptance depends on the airline and aircraft; compact folding does not make it an aircraft restraint or sleep product.
Care & Use
e-Priam: Clean the e-Priam frame with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent, then wipe away excess water. Inspect wheels, tyres and brakes regularly. Follow fabric care labels; do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Leave wet parts unfolded until fully dry. Do not use a hose or high-pressure water jet. Remove your child before folding or changing attachments.
Fold Lux Carry Cot: Follow the cot care label. Wash fabrics separately with a gentle warm-water wash; do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Use the supplied cushion. The cot is not certified for sleeping; move a sleeping baby to a firm, approved sleep surface as soon as possible.
Cloud G Pro: Cold delicate wash removable fabrics with mild detergent and air dry; do not bleach. Spot-clean the harness rather than machine washing it. Use extended recline outside the vehicle only and return to the approved locked vehicle position before driving. SensorSafe does not replace supervision or correct installation.
