FAQ

Is the Lunch Box microwave-safe?

Yes, the Lunch Box is microwave-safe. Remove the lid before microwaving. Maximum 2 minutes in one go. Stir and repeat if further heating is required.

Is the Lunch Box dishwasher-safe?

Yes, the Lunch Box, inner dish and sauce pot are all dishwasher-safe. Place them on the top rack and do not dishwash the lid.

Can the Lunch Box go in the freezer?

Yes, all parts can go in the freezer. Do not overfill because liquids expand when frozen, and always fully defrost before placing the lunch box in the microwave.

Is the Lunch Box BPA and BPS-free?

Yes, all parts of the Lunch Box are BPA and BPS-free.

I can’t open my Lunch Box?

There is a vacuum release gap on the side of the lid where the seal is exposed. Use the back of the fork handle to press the seal and let air in. Do not use any sharp tool, as it may cut the silicone seal.

Is there anything I can do if the product starts leaking?

Check the silicone seal first. If it has become compacted, it may leak. You can remove the seal, clean it, and push it back in gently so no area is compressed too tightly. Keeping the seal clean and fully dry helps maintain leakproof performance.

My food has left a stain on the product, how can I remove it?

Tomato sauce and similar foods can leave stubborn stains. Use bicarbonate soda on a damp cloth and clean the affected area. Repeat if needed. Stains often fade over time, but scratches or knife cuts can make them harder to remove.

The clip on my lunch box popped off. How can I fix it?

If the clip pops off, snap it back into place. The clips are designed not to break if they come off. Close them two at a time from opposite sides rather than one by one, and make sure the lid lines up properly with the box.
