Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older and reside in Canada. Employees, officers, and directors of baby enRoute and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway will begin on December 23rd, 2023, and end on January 9th, 2024 at 12:00 PM PST. Entries that are submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

Prize: The winner of the first prize will receive a Cybex Sirona S. The winner of the second prize will receive a Bugaboo Stardust Black. The winner of the third prize will receive a Mr.Maria First Light Miffy and a Hape Learn With Lights Piano & Stool - Black. The winner of the fourth prize will receive a Quark BuubiBottle Hybrid Feeding Bundle, Nest Designs Baby Play Mat & Activity Gym, Toddler Pillow with Pillowcase(Bamboo, Medium) - The Tortoise & The Hare and a Hooded Blanket (Organic Cotton) - The Tortoise & The Hare. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of baby enRoute. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Publicity: The winner agrees to allow baby enRoute to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Terms and Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of baby enRoute, which are final and binding in all respects. baby enRoute reserves the right to disqualify any participant that violates these rules or that engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike behavior. baby enRoute is not responsible for any lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.

Release: By participating, entrants release baby enRoute and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the giveaway including without limitation any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the giveaway or from the receipt or use of any prize.
